Former Real World & Celebrity Rehab star Joey Kovar is the latest Reality TV personality to take it all off for Playgirl. Of course you guys remember that both Sex Rehab's Phil Varone & Make Me A Supermodel's Ronnie Kroell have posed for the magazine in the last year.
