I know Anderson Cooper can't wait for next week's The Real Houswives of Atlanta reunion show. Check out these previews of the ladies throwing down.

I'm getting more and more excited about JJ Abrams new Star Trek movie. A new HD Trailer is now available to watch online.

My buddy Matt Philip does the popular weekly radio show DList Radio with Daniel Nardicio. After an incident last week the show has been cancelled by East Village Radio and the show itself has been "lost". You can read all about it on Matt's blog Reluctant Whore and listen to past shows at DList Radio.

IGN has launched a Dark Reign mini site to showcase the Marvel Universe post Secret Invasion. Here's your first look at Brian Bendis & Mike Deodato's Dark Avengers. At first look the lineup seems to be Venom, Iron Patriot, Hawkeye, Wolverine & Ms. Marvel. What do you guys think?

Gavin:

Also. Uh, is that Venom? Color me weirded out. And for me, this new title rides entirely on who this Iron Patriot is and whether or not I can muster up caring. Tony Stark's arrogance with the Registration Act has made his comeuppance in the Secret Invasion very satisfying. Maybe we'll see him less. Though its doubtful. Secondly, I think the "Death of the Invisible Woman" is a red herring though. I'll beleive it when I see it.

In addition to Ms. Marvel's retro look, Wolverine seems to be wearing his old-school brown/orange costume as well. Interesting...

Matt:

Hasn't Ultra Girl been running around in Ms. Marvel's old costume? I also think the Wolverine looks kinda feminine.

As far as the Invisible Woman's death, haven't there been two Sue Storms in recent FF issues? I think future Sue is the one who's gonna die.

SoSilver:

Cool!
But is Ms.Marvel Carol Denvers or what? And who is Iron Patriot? It's Steve with his old esocostume? Is it Tony? Is it...Norman?!?!?

John:

I didn't think they could do it, but Marvel and DC's CONSTANT gigantic cross-over events, the characters warped in service to the plot rather than the plot springing from a situation and then the charactes' reactions to it, and the needless, overly sensational, meaningless deaths -- now the Invisible Woman is going to die -- that's it. They finally, finally lost me. I've been a lifelong fan, I love the medium, the art and many of the characters, but now that I've read about Sue's impending death... something in me just snapped. Goodbye, comic books.
