I need the help of you hottie Dudetube readers out there. If you have a digital camera, a sharpie and like showing off email me. This project won't take much of your time and I'd like to have it finished by Monday. Oh and face isn't required if that's an issue. Thanks.
What kind of Fuckery is this? I picked up Amy Winehouse's new album Back To Black this week and I really love it. Her music is really hard to describe, but basically she's a foul mouthed british girl singing Mowtown songs. Some of the tracks are backed with beats, but some have music lifted straight from the 50's & 60's girl groups. Her first US single is "You Know I'm No Good," but "Rehab" is closer in sound to the rest of the album. Definitely worth picking up.
It was a great comics week. I think this is Alex Ross' best and most dynamic JSofA cover yet. I really do think this is one of the best new series in recent memory. With the introduction of new heroes, awesome art by Eaglesham, great ongoing mysteries and some of the best character interaction this is the book to beat. It definitely looks like the Legion will be part of the upcoming JSA/JLA crossover. I loved in the old crossovers when the Legion or the All Star Squadron or the Seven Soldiers would join in. I'm also really enjoying Claremont's run on Exiles. It seems like this is the book he was meant to write. One of my favorite storylines ever was Betsy Braddock taking over the mantle of Captain Britain, so it should be interesting to see her rematch with Slaymaster. I also picked up Amazing Spiderman, Birds of Prey and X-Men.

JSA does rock. And Exiles is one of the few Marvel titles I read.

Amy's da bomb! I can't say enough good things about her. She really is the next BIG thing. (If she doesn't burn herself out too quickly - Rehab is based on personal experience). Friends of mine are seeing her live in Boston in May. I am VERY jealous! I may try to catch her in Toronto in September.
Cheers - Jeff
