This lovely younger man wrote me a personal note and I told him it helped me visualize the colors of the chakra points as one pulled the energy up and through the body; starting with the dark red chakra at the anus to the orange in the lower intestines to the yellow at the solar plexpus, the bright green at the heart, the indigo at the throat (and against some theories)white light at the third eye and pink at the top of the head because it is the top chakra that links us beyond but always draws us back to the reality of living in our bodies.

I probably bored him, too, but I'm glad he likes older men. I'm just praying I have all my body parts attached after I go into the hospital again.
