They do wear either a pair of spandex like shorts or briefs under their singlets. You dont see them wear the jock straps they used to back in the day

I am kinda surprised that these guys aren't made to wear jocks or something to "hide" things. I can't believe people don't complain. He was definitely trying to make it larger by playing with it in the beginning of the video. But if I had a dick that big, i would put it on display too ...lol

i could never have been a wrestler, wouldn't have been able to keep my mind on it or stay soft , probably get kicked off the team
