I am sure this is exactly the same guy. Look at the background under his arm and compare with the picture that he is pulling his jeans down without shirt and one leg on the trunk. The background is the same.

I agree that the model is the same. The veins arising from the crotch are the same and the umbilicus is the same.

Yep, it's the same guy. Same scar under the nipple and even more obvious is that it's the same belly button! However, what is fake is the cock - the photographer Photoshopped it.

To me, the ear doesn't look much different. I can't really tell because the angle is different and one is close and the other isn't.
