Could superstar author Chuck Palahniuk be making the jump to comics? MTV spoke to Palahniuk who said, "I would love to do the kind of ghost monster comics I grew up with like those Tales from the Crypt comics I just loved as a kid." Chuck is good friends with Kabuki creator David Mack who keeps him in touch with the comic world. “I had talked to DC about doing a limited series,� said Palahniuk, “but that’s the extent of it.� Palahniuk's most recent novel is Snuff and the movie adaptation of his novel Choke hits theaters September 26th.

This season of Big Brother finishes up this Tuesday on CBS. It's come down to the "Renegades" Dan & Memphis. I'm rooting for Dan who started the show under the gun and has somehow managed to get to the end. It's up to the jury made up of former houseguests to decide who gets the $500,000, but the viewers get a choice too. Head over to CBS.com to vote for which Jury member you think deserves $25,000. I voted for Renny "the darlin' from New Orleans" who delivered my favorite moment of the series with her time zone dilemma.

I couldn't decide whether to title this post "The perils of naked blogging" or "How about I just put the tip in?". Redskin's tight end Chris Cooley wanted to share shots from his playbook with readers of his blog. Unfortunately he was naked while taking the picture and Cooley accidentally posted his penis on the internet. This message was posted on Cooley's Blog yesterday: "We are very sorry that we showed a penis on our website all day yesterday. That was by no means our intention and we did not want to offend anyone." Cooley has previously made headlines both on and off the field for showing up for practice wearing hotpants and marrying a fired Redskins cheerleader.

Today Marvel comics will release their solicitations for comics shipping in December. Comic Book Resources has a sneak peek at the X-Men issues shipping that month. I've been enjoying Ed Brubaker & Matt Fraction's Uncanny X-Men run, but I'm so bored with Greg Land's art. Terry Dodson will be taking over in a couple issue and I can't fucking wait. This cover to issue #505 is awesome. You might remember that Dodson did an amazing job on his variant cover to issue #500 as well. Come on Marvel these covers are begging to be made into posters.

A new issue of Mighty Avengers hits stores today. I've gotten a little tired of the skrull behind the scenes stuff so it's a welcome change to focus on Nick Fury and his new Howling Commandos. Madame Hydra has been missing so far from Secret Invasion so it will be nice to catch up with her storyline and possible Spider-Woman connection. I'm also really excited to Stefano Caselli is on art duty. Caselli has been doing a great job on Avengers: The Initiative and I'd love to see him on one of the main titles. Also out today is the final issue of Grant Morrison's All Star Superman and new issues of Amazing Spider-man, Captain Britain, Guardians of the Galaxy and Uncanny X-Men.

Rosie O'Donnell is bring her talks show to DVD. Rosie will be debuting The Rosie O'Donnell Show - Season One: Rosie Reminisces this Sunday on HSN. The summer that the show premiered I was working as a day camp counselor and each day I recorded it and watched it at night. It'll be fun to have a look back at those first shows.
