Already in Sex and the City withdrawl? Well this September Meg Ryan, Annette Benning, Jada Pinkett Smith & Debra Messing bring you The Women. Based on the 1939 George Cukor film, this updated version is written and directed by Diane English (Murphy Brown). Cynthia Nixon (SATC) headlined a stage revival a few years ago that was a lot of fun.

After a too long hiatus, Manhunter returns to comic shops today. Series creator Marc Andreyko is joined by artist Michael Gaydos (Alias) for a new storyline which has Kate Spencer investigating the disappearance of hundreds of women along the Mexican border. Manhunter is a title I've always really enjoyed and highly recommend everyone picking up a copy. New issues of Buffy, Secret Invasion, Justice Society, ClanDestine & Ultimate Origins are also out today.
