I spent this weekend catching up on Bravo's Make Me A Supermodel. The show is a fun competition and is totally full of eye candy. I love openly gay contestant Ronnie and his crush on married prison guard Ben. It's a nice twist that the show's basically happening in real time and that the viewers decide who goes home every week.
Photographer Ryan Pfluger has a new solo show at New York's Envoy Gallery. If you're in the city definitely stop by and check out his amazing work.
You guys might recognize hottie jimmydeantoday from his hot appearance on the site back in December. I couldn't get enough of this stud and asked him if he would make a vid just for you readers. He knocked it out of the park and made his hottest video ever. Hopefully we can get this hottie to come back and make another video for you guys.
I've said it before, HBO's The Wire is the best show on television. We're currently 3 episodes into the final season and I'm loving it. They're definitely not giving me the happy ending I wanted, but in the world of The Wire no one gets what they want. I'm loving the addition of the Baltimore Sun to the show and especially Homicide veteran Clark Johnson. Johnson was interviewed by Terry Gross last night on Fresh Air. Tune in tonight to hear Terry talk with Michael Kenneth Williams who plays the amazing Omar.
Jack Kirby's creation Kamandi is likely to play a role in DC's upcoming Final Crisis. Ryan Sook does a great job on this upcoming cover to Countdown Special featuring the last boy on earth.
I'm a not a huge fan of Dane Cook's comedy, but I thought you guys would enjoy seeing him showing off his ass in his latest flick Good Luck Chuck.
Both Marvel & DC released their solicitations for product shipping in April. The fanboy in me creamed his pants when he saw this Alan Davis cover to ClanDestine #3. The Excalbur team lost during the "Cross Time Caper" meets up the the Destines in this issue. In April we can also look forward to Manhunter rejoining the Birds of Prey and the 25th issue of Checkmate.
I was checking out the recent Cody Fallon shots on Adam Bouska's site and I found these hot pics of Cameron in a Boy Scout shirt. I joined the scouts in middle school and my troop was made up of mostly High School Seniors and Juniors. Needless to say we always had a lot of fun and I had crushes on all the older guys.
I'm a super huge fan of Zack and love seeing his homemade videos. This is the second one he's produced so far and you can check out his first one HERE.
After seeing Juno I ran right out and picked up the soundtrack. I've really been enjoying discovering Kimya Dawson and have downloaded a bunch of her other stuff. The Moldy Peaches reunited on The View of all places to perform their memorable song "Anyone Else But You".
Now that "Messiah Complex" is over Marvel has officially released the X-related solicitations for the next three months. Young X-Men will be launching in April written by Marc Guggenheim and with art from Yanick Paquette. Paquette was the only reason I was reading Ultimate X-Men for awhile and I'm glad to see him on another title. The new team will include Blindfold, Rockslide & Dust. No word yet on where the other New X-Men characters might end up.
Three of the stars of HBO's The Wire are in the pages of this month's Mens Vogue. The fourth episode of the final season airs this Sunday.
A few readers have asked me why I haven't posted anything about Heath Ledger's passing. The honest truth is that I don't really have anything to say that hasn't been said 500 times already and I really have no interest in speculating about Olsen twins. I don't know if it's funny or sad but "Keith Ledger" was the #2 search on Google's Hot Trends Tuesday.
