technically, zod and the phantom zone criminals were in the phantom zone (chris kent included if i remember right) when the 3rd kryptonian statement was made... (it was stated there were tree kryptonians on earth) and Pwoergirl technically isn't Kryptonian from New Earths universe... it will be interesting to see how it plays out. gotta say that i hate that blue cape and glove look for Powegirl, i think she should just stick with red.. the blue washes out and makes the whole thing look bland.
