There have been a few big announcements out of the San Diego Comic-Con. Warren Ellis and Simone Bianchi will be taking over Astonishing X-Men when Joss Whedon and John Cassaday leave. I was really hoping that it was going to be the original Runaways team of Brian K. Vaughan & Adrian Alphona. I think the two of them could do an amazing job on the title. Speaking of Runaways, Terry Moore and Humberto Ramos will be taking over that title. Grant Morrison & JG Jones will be the creative team on DC's upcoming Final Crisis. I'm a huge fan of both these guys and can't wait to see what they cook up. It was also announced that Phil Jimenez is a Marvel exclusive, which means he's probably working on the almost weekly Amazing Spider-Man. Preview art from the upcoming Teen Titans East and Teen Titans Year One have been released.
The first official teaser trailer for the upcoming Dark Knight has also made its way onto youtube.

Ellis is a GREAT successor to Whedon, and Bianchi's art is perfect, I think. Alphona's art was perfect for Runaways, but I don't think his style suits Astonishing--it's too pop, you know?
On the other hand I'm hating hating hating Michael Ryan on Runaways and am SO DAMN GLAD Ramos is taking over for him!

teen titans east... Hawk, Dove, Power Boy???? (Supergirls stalker from Apokolips, Lagoon Boy? Magenta(Frances Kane - just guessing cuz its a blond in purple), Cyborg and some guy with a sword whose name starts with a V?
I dunno about this line up - could maybe work if they restore the main title to Donna, Dick, Gar, Kory and Raven, + Cassie, Tim and Conner (bring him back already dammit - you know they will)Rose and Kara - while they are at it bring back Bart and Tara too.
