I was inspired by Soliloqueer to go out and take my own pictures of Durham. Don't expect my snaps to be as artisitic as his. I've been chatting with one of my friends from NYC and he keeps calling me "papito". I told him I had a "vaquita" right down the street from my house and he thought I was crazy. So here's some pictures of Durham's very own Vaquita. The building's been a lot of different businesses (including a drive-thru convience store!) and it's always had the cow on the roof.

I think Lost wins the award for best season finale this year. I have to admit I anticipated the "Flashbacks" twist awhile ago. I think it's a good way to go now that the series is passing the halfway point. Lost will return for three more season that will be 16 episodes each and hopefully run without breaks or repeats.

So The View is my guilty pleasure. I Tivo the episodes each day and watch the hot topics segments. I'm not sure I have anything to add to the all the chatter that's going on. I think ABC should pay whatever it takes to keep Rosie.

Love Rosie on The View, and until recently really liked Elizabeth too; but I tend to agree with Rosie that Elizabeth could have defended her against the BS that Fox News was dishing.
