The comic book fanboys have all been talking about the new Citizen Steel's junk. The cover to JSofA #7, painted by Alex Ross, features what I guess is a prominent buldge on the metal hero. Maybe I'm just desensitized, but it doesn't seem like that huge of a package to me.
I checked out the new movie Hot Fuzz this weekend. It's from the same team that produced Shaun of the Dead, but instead of taking on zombies this time it's buddy cop films. I love that these movies aren't spoofs, but really a heartfelt homage to these genres. I didn't enjoy it as much as Shaun but it was still a lot of fun.

I really enjoyed "Hot Fuzz", too...but "Shaun of the Dead" is a tough act to follow!
What magazine is that article from? I'll have to check it out...
